I’ve managed to input my payment details end set up a subscription. So now I’m low on ink, but the service doesn’t recognise I’m low on ink because it says I’m not connected and therefore won’t send me any ink out. ![]() The app on my phone connects fine when printing and scanning, but the minute I try to connect to buy new ink, it says the printer is offline (it clearly isn’t - the blue wifi light is on and I have full signal on my mobile too). I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I’ve struggled with my Smart Printer since buying it in January.
